martha stewart went to jail for lying to a federal grand jury. i think had she come clean from day one that she wouldnt have gotten jail time. just probation and a huge fine.

lying to a grand jury is a felony i do believe .

if its proven that bonds lied to the grand jury , well !!!!

its truly a shame . without question one of the most talented individuals ever and a person who has used his wealth for a lot of good.

unfortunately it doesnt outweigh child abuse.

as i have posted NUMEROUS times already - i have it from a VERY reliable source that when the grand jury asked Bonds if he took steroids, he said:

YES!

go back and look at past posts by me on this topic and you will see i stated this back in May. can't say who told me this - but the person who told me this is a VERY reliable source and if they say it - it is true.

bonds KNEW you can't "F" with the grand jury - and he didn't! notice how neither did Giambi for he also knew lying to a grand jury gets you in deep sh*t!

nah. First off, he probably didnt lie. second, if he did, good luck on proving it. Lying to the grand jury is a federal crime.

He most likely told the truth and said he used it, whether it be knowingly or not. Grand jury testimony is SUPPOSED to be a private matter that never gets to the public.

More importantly, what about the Hall now. Obviously he is the best player since Ruth (or probably ever). How much weight will the voters put on this
