Do you people in Las Vegas plan on trying "Insanity The Ride" atop the Stratosphere?

I went on that ride last year. I will never go back on. It's some scary ****. It left me insane for a few weeks.

I am confused. Stuff magazine has an article in this months edition which says it doesn't open until March. Help me understand please. Maybe we are revising it?

I was up at the top of the tower in November.

If my memory serves me correctly, Insanity is the new ride that's scheduled to open this year.

there are currently 3 coasters....

4th is being added in 2005.... the one the General linked us too....

if you go during 10am-12pm it is free to get up the tower & rides are 1/2 price...

rides are harmless.... much less dangerous than driving when you look at it logically....

I got on "the big shot" , quite awesome........

the other one that was the roller coaster thing............looked pretty much like driving the "rotondas" down here in CR with the added adrenaline of knowing that you can actually die crashing into a bus or something lol

Rode "big shot" when a friend was in town. Pretty boring to me, got a better rush looking down from the tower.

if you stand very still while at the top of the tower you can feel it swaying back and forth. very weird.

this hotel was built by Bob Stupak - well known for cutting corners at all costs to save a few bucks. i know he no longer owns it - but it is still his concept. i would NEVER go up to the top of this thing knowing he had even 1% of input into it.
