Well I went out last night for live poker and enjoyed flopping quad jacks with 3 way action and my perfect play to maximize return. I raised pre-flop and then bet the flop into a KJJ board, since that is a normal play after raising. I called the flop raise. I then check-raised the turn, which brought three of a suit, keeping the early player in the hand since he called a bet and then the raise. Bet the river all-in for a full bet.
Only regret was that it happened at the 4/8 game before I got into the 10/20 game.
Live poker still gives me a high but you have to try to subdue the adrenalin rush otherwise your astute opponents will read you for a monster hand. Never have this rush happen with sports, although I feel pleased when I hit a middle.
