Unofficially:
We will open a new folder for handicappers to post picks and records to date.
No contests or competition will be involved.
A thread with a list of participants records will be included. Not sure if the list will be ranked by winning percentage, most likely not.
Remember the folder is still on the drawing board, almost complete but not quite.
The overall goal is to make it easy for cappers to post their picks and for anyone interested to find them quickly. A 500 post minimum is required for cappers to participate. The rules and procedures will be posted soon.

There will be a strict set of rules/guidelines for anyone who is interested in participating....including UPDATING YOUR OWN RECORD DAILY....
The Mods will be here to assist and monitor closely for those interested, the big key will be for those who participate to comply with all the rules and procedures...no GOY plays, all plays will be ranked between 1-5 *, minimum post count of 500 to enter, and for anyone not keeping acurate data they will not be allowed to continue ...
An example would be Old Man Ted, how he keeps his record updated , Anytime Ted releases a selection to the board he also lists his current record...
The record tracker folder will only allow picks and records....no gossip, chatter,game analysis etc... no one else will be allowed to post in your thread....
