it's flat out horrible today- i sent them 500 they only put 200 in my acct,they have no half time line on pitt/nova,every time i call them it takes 20 minutes to get threw to somebody..unbelieveable

Royal was having a lot of system problems today. I wouldn't pass judgemnt on Royal purely based off of todays experience.

the guy goes out of his way through western union

and they only put in 200 of the original 500

royal is a quality shop,just very aggrevating today.after a couple hours they finally got my acct starightened out.i'd stay away from them today,there moving and there's all kinds of confusion.sure they'll be back to normal tomorrow

i've had several bad experiences w/ royal...i try not to play there unless a line is too good to pass up. had problems w/ them recognizing my NT deposit (taking too long), had problems w/ their website (error msgs), had problems w/ them tellin me to go to betroyal2, not the normal site (even though the normal one shoots me to 2 anyway), had problems w/ communication and then getting transferred about 6 times and then having to explain my whole situation anew each time to a different clerk (not a manager that can actually help me) just before the event i wanted to play was about to start, had problems w/ them not directing me to the right links to find the event i was trying to bet, etc.
