i think they do it for the fans, not the players....that being said, i hate country music......

Good point - but take a look into the stands. The NBA knows it's paying ticket buyers so they diversify the music some.

true james. but you have to look at the fact the pre game entertainment from 8 to 9 was all rap and r&b. there might only be 3 country albums in the billboard top 20, but just to have another rap act come out after already having an hour of it would be denying the nba a chance to entertain other audiences.
