Dana (DCN: news, chart, profile) , an automotive parts manufacturer, is seen posting fourth-quarter earnings of 29 cents a share.

Hancock Fabrics Inc. (HKF: news, chart, profile) reported fourth-quarter earnings of $2.6 million, or 14 cents a share, vs. $7.6 million, or 41 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was $121.9 million vs. $127.2 million. Analysts expected earnings of 19 cents a share on revenue of $122 million.

Kraft Foods (KFT: news, chart, profile) reaffirmed its first-quarter earnings forecast of 38 cents to 41 cents a share and backed its long-term 6 percent to 9 percent earnings growth targets. For 2005, it forecast a profit of $1.75 to $1.80 a share.

Lowe's Cos. (LOW: news, chart, profile) , a home improvement store operator, is seen posting fourth-quarter earnings of 59 cents a share.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSO: news, chart, profile) is seen posting a fourth-quarter loss of 17 cents a share.

Masco (MAS: news, chart, profile) , which makes kitchen and bathroom fixtures, is seen posting fourth-quarter earnings of 54 cents a share.

Matria Healthcare Inc. (MATR: news, chart, profile) reported fourth-quarter earnings of $1.6 million, or 11 cents a share, vs. $2.1 million, or 13 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose to $79.2 million from $67.2 million. It also reaffirmed its first-quarter earnings forecast of 20 cents to 22 cents a share on revenue of $77 million to $79 million.

NetEase.com Inc. (NTES: news, chart, profile) said fourth-quarterly revenue rose 55 percent, as its growth in online gaming services offset a decline in advertising and wireless services. See full story.

Novell Inc. (NOVL: news, chart, profile) posted a sharp increase in first-quarter income, reflecting its one-time gains, including a legal settlement with Microsoft Corp. (MSFT: news, chart, profile) . See full story.

Odyssey HealthCare (ODSY: news, chart, profile) reported fourth-quarter earnings of $8.8 million, or 24 cents a share, vs. $8.6 million, or 23 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was $91.3 million vs. $78.3 million. Analysts expected earnings of 24 cents a share on revenue of $90 million. It forecast 2005 earnings of 78 cents to 88 cents a share.

Possis Medical Inc. (POSS: news, chart, profile) reported second-quarter earnings of $1.7 million, or 9 cents a share, vs. $3.1 million, or 16 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was $16.2 million vs. $17.4 million. Analysts expected earnings of 10 cents a share on revenue of $16 million. For the third quarter, it forecast earnings of 4 cents to 7 cents a share. For 2005, it forecast earnings of 30 cents to 36 cents a share on revenue of $65 million.

Sempra Energy (SRE: news, chart, profile) , a natural gas and electricity provider, is seen posting fourth-quarter earnings of $1.36 a share.

Skechers USA Inc. (SKX: news, chart, profile) reported it swung to a fourth-quarter profit. See full story.

The Williams Cos. (WMB: news, chart, profile) , an oil and gas firm, is seen posting fourth-quarter earnings of 11 cents a share.
