I have been waiting since the 15th of February for a payout from WSEX. They were able to process an echeck deposit in 2 days yet I still have a withdrawal pending. Very frustrating. They state they are having trouble with their echeck system yet a deposit was taken from my account in less than 48 hours. Transfer ID #s and emails are available.

I'm a bit confused here. They guy from WSEX comes on here and simply says "we'll have it paid by tuesday..." and he's a hero for dropping in $50 in the account.
How about an explanation why someone had to wait two weeks for the payout? I've NEVER had a payout problem with this book, and I still have faith that they're quite reliable......HOWEVER, why are some books immuded from criticism on here regardless of their actions???????????????

I agree with you. We should not be thought of as heroes for giving him $50.
He deserves that for his aggrevation. I was told there was a problem with echecks withdrawels on Feb 15 and 16. Everyone was notified by email of the
problem. I have been assured that the problem has been resolved.

Sometime even the best of books run into technical problems. Steve said he emailed you, was this before you came to the boards?
Again, let's not make a mountain out of an ant hill. You will be paid, 110% positive, was it a mistake on their end, sure, they admited to that.
Now, sit tight, and the money will arrive brother, although I do understand your frustration. But I would feel pretty good, if I were in your situation with a book like WSEX, could be a book to cause concern.

What you are suggesting is that any time we have a problem with a book, we should keep the problem to ourselves and not "delve into it" on these threads? I thought the main purpose of these threads were to inform fellow gamblers of the pros and cons of offshore shops.

Bernie, Your point is well taken and I agree with you. So don't stop posting. I think many of us (including myself are too sensitive). Basically, I think we feel like WSEX is the very finest of books and their trust is beyond question. That being said, still folks SHOULD SPEAK UP!! We all can learn. Thanks
