What percent of UNLV fans have money on the games?

Considering that probably half of them work in the casino industry, as well as live in a culture where gambling is as accepted as eating out, I would say a pretty high percentage. Nevermind the fact that you can legally place a cash bet and then walk to Thomas and Mack. I'm very curious.

I don't believe the casinos in Vegas allow betting on local college teams. One would have to make a bet offshore to get action on UNLV.

I can remenber when UNLV was in the tournament and usually a big favorite every year. You couldn't bet on any of the teams here in Vegas that were in the same bracket as UNLV was in. The last year it was kinda funny because some Sportsbooks were sticking their necks out a bit and allowing bets on the other teams in UNLV bracket and others were not. Now you can bet on UNLV without any restrictions.
