Michigan State in the 4 vs 13 game, according to cbssportsline.com. winner gets either Texas Tech or St Mary's.

Don't think they can beat MSU, but if they could, 2nd round game VERY winnable.

It's all speculation. I have seen ODU as high as an 8 seed (that would be awful for their chances of making Sweet 16, and this is the lowest I have heard they were seeded)...

No one knows but it is fun to imagine...

I will be jubilant after ODU wins first game and will not hedge my Sweet 16 bet at Pinny...

Of course, if they match up against North Carolina, there won't be a hedge possible, lol...

WOW I am for ODU as the underdog going into the tourney but do not see how they can beat MST....and Pitt #6 seed playing GW..that will be a TUFF game they could be one and done

yeah, i looked at the bracket at sportsline, and just wanted to pick your brain about it, since i knew you were online. Thought it would be fun to imagine them upsetting Izzo's boys, and then facing Bobby Knight for the right to go to the Sweet 16. Man, how you and Bucsfan would be locking horns on that one!!!!

You have to love the predicted first round matchups for tourney at this point in time.

I like ODU but Monarchs are certainly no lead pipe lock to win their conf tourney. Having tourney in Richmond bolsters ODU's chances to get to dance. Don't think they're at large material
