Can anyone rate MoneyBookers or for that matter how FirePay and MoneyBookers compare to Neteller? Any others I should look into?

Has anyone every seen the need to move money between any of these payment providers? I use NT for gambling and Paypal for everything else ... it would be nice to be able to move money between Paypal and NT cuz I actually like the Paypal debit card better.

Thoughts?

I agree that it is very useful to be able to move funds between Providers. If books and exchanges accepted two or more Providers eg. Neteller + 1 or two others it would certainly be better for moving money around. If one is really slow or stiffing you, then you simply use the other. But I guess this comes back to the fact that Neteller needs some serious competition...... and that day is no where is sight.

Nothing about Neteller I do not like. I could say the instacash fees are high or the wait time for transfers to/from the bank take to long, but they are in the business to make money, so I understand.

Moneybookers has the advantage that it easily handles different currencies at Central bank exchange rates.

I use some European books that don't have NETeller etc. that I fund by bank transfer from my UK account. Any winnings I can transfer from my UK account to Moneybookers and then put into a book like Pinnacle. If you are not into these kinds of transactions then there is really no need to look beyond NETeller.

What I can say is Moneybookers have the WORST CS I've ever encountered! They take moons to reply to a simple email. Customer call center opens at 9am - 6pm UK time. They dont take call during holidays.

I have called them like 5 times at 9am UK time regarding a lost deposit transaction made. Its a waste of time man as you can only speak to a very SLEEPY human being after 10am UK time. WORST still.. He told me they need AFEW weeks to credit my account by a direct debit banking method. I tried to ask somemore questions.. but was stopped by the clerk. He said: "Your money is not lost, all you have to do is to WAIT.

I sent a big 4 figure deposit.. and I feel that my money have vanished thru thin air. On my last desperate attempt, I fire an email to Bill Dozer of SBR and he shoot me a reply that he will forward an email to Moneybookers on my behalf. Guess what? voila my account has been funded within 2 working days and not like what the clerk says.. AFEW WEEKS. I quicky sent the money to a grade A book that agrees to let me withdraw my future winnings to NETeller.
