Dow futures were down 31 points at 10,796, Nasdaq 100 futures fell 8 points to 1,521 while S&P 500 futures were down 3.8 points at 1,206.30.

Wall Street is playing safe ahead of Greenspan's testimony before the House Budget Committee, according to Paul Mendelsohn, chief investment strategist at Windham Financial Services.

"Equity traders may also be hedging their bets this morning ahead of the energy inventory numbers due out at 10.30 a.m. ET."

I will be following the CBOT grain futures today closely.

Would imagine a rally in soybean and corns.................hopefully.

CanArgo Energy (CNR)-- oil stock. Real nice long term position here. In the proscess of drilling new wells in Russia. Stiking oil in one of them will let this stock fly.

They have oil producing wells now, but hitting another will propel this stock.

The price of Oil is somthing that may never drop again.

A lot of institutional buyers are picking this stock up.
