What is a Master Budget?

Trying to do this homework here.....

I need a webpage that explains what a master budget is, how it works, what its components are, etc etc etc...

If anyone has any expertise in the area and can show me a website where I can find info, Id appreciate it....

Im looking it up on yahoo but havent found anything worthwhile yet.

Slim in my company a master budget is something you spend 3 months completing, one day celebrating its completion, and then you start ignoring it about 2 months later because the forecast is always changing.
