Jockey Held In York County Prison
<!--startindex-->Kentucky Derby winning jockey Stewart Elliott has been arrested in Philadelphia and sent to a York County prison.
He is being detained by federal immigration officials because of a guilty plea to felony assault four years ago.

The Department of Homeland Security says in a statement he was taken into custody Tuesday and arrested by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents at the Philadelphia International Airport.
The 39-year-old Toronto native is being held at the York County Prison.
Elliott's criminal history became public during Smarty Jones' failed bid for the Triple Crown.
Unless Elliott agrees to leave the country, officials say, he will remain in detention until a federal immigration judge determines his status.<!--stopindex-->
