Can anyone tell me of a respectable sportsbook that still accepts PrepaidATM? I have had issues with Carib, 5Dimes, and MVP Sportsbook. They were minor things but I just didn't like some policies, so I closed all my accounts. Now it seems that no one accepts PrepaidATM (undoubtedly because of all the issues with their credit card processor). Anyway, would love to know if there are any sportsbooks someone could recommend that accepts it (just trying to line up something for March Madness).
