I had a discrepancy with my balance at Mansion (this was my mistake - I mistracked the location of a wager ). I was having difficulty listing my recent bets, which ended up being a browser problem. Within minutes, Mansion CSD not only gave me a list of my recent wagers via email, but gave me a technical solution to my browser problem.
While I am still only keeping a balance there that "I am comfortable losing", this is another plus for the site (the professionalism and "crispness" of the software being another).
The only improvement I'd ask from Mansion is to increase neteller limits above 2500.
