The guys "gamenight" on ESPN radio were talking how about ODU not making it if they do not win tonight. They said that they only played 1 top 50 team according to the RPI.

U should hope for #12 Shrink..as the above indicates, they always beat a 5. ODU could be the team if Loughton has a big night against someone.

The guys who predicted it are just speculating and you or I have almost as good a chance at guessing who Pitt and ODU will play in the first round as they do...

Interstingly enough, ESPN bracketology is projecting a 5/12 matchup between Pii and ODU, in.......BOISE, IDAHO!!!! It would be tough to keep track of the action on the court if Dante and Shrink (in his bright orange sweatshirt) were shown on TV every 30 seconds.

ODU'S DEFENSE can WIN them games in the tournament. All of you naysayers better watch out because ODU can and will surprise. They are one of the best defensive teams in the country. And, if you watched last night's game, even after losing one of their best players, they stepped up the DEFENSIVE intensity and WON the game because of their GREAT D....

Even though Pitt has struggled at times, they have 3 very good players, I think they give ODU some matchup problems. And, they so play a little bit of defense themselves.

Saying that, i also believe ODU can play close with almost anybody in the field, they do impress me. But, Pitt is slightly better, imo.
