Worldbookie took a step down in my book

Was going to reup there for march madness. but went to view the lines, and the chat rep said the lines would not be up until 5pm.WTF?

Then i continued to ask repeatedly if this was the norm, cause when i played a few weeks back, i did not have this experiece. For that question, i got no answer, so i waited for several mins. and no response. I guess i will put my money elsewhere.

They said 5pm. I asked why so late, and got no response.

There was obviusly some mistake as WorldBookie lines are up by 10EST. I read through all of the chats and (I think) found one where you were told that it was 10EST but could not find the one where you were told 5PM. Please send email to marketing@worldb00kie.com (with oo instead of 00) with the chat transcript or your account number and I will get to the bottom of this.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

apartently i was given the wrong information, but later that week it was corrected, they did say 10am. i dont know where they got 5pm??

anyways, its all good........do you guys have 10c MLB?

I am glad things got straightened out. One of the issues here is that we host a number of operations and someimes clerks get confused.

We will be offering a 10 cent or LOWER baseball lines. We also have a 15% reload bonus.
