Intertops COO, Michael Maerz. has confirmed that they are unable to process NT payouts this week, and that players who had deposited via NT may only withdraw via the same method.

I have shared my concerns with the Director of Antigua's Gaming Commission and this is the reply I got :

Dear Mr. Castiglioni,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

We acknowledge receipt of your communication ultimo. The Financial Services Regulatory Commission, Division of Gaming requested an official response on this matter from Intertops. We are pleased to advise that Mr. Michael Maerz, Chief Operations Officer provided the Commission with a detailed response outlining the cause and the nature of the problem. Based on the steps taken by Intertops to mitigate this growing concern FSRC, Division of Gaming is satisfied at this time and expect that the problem will be resolved by the end of this week. However, FSRC, Division of Gaming takes this unforeseen matter seriously and is diligently monitoring the course of action by Intertops to ensure that all payments to its customers are transacted in an expeditious manner. <o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

We would also like to take this opportunity to state that FSRC, Division of Gaming is committed to ensuring that <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Antigua and Barbuda</st1:place></st1:country-region> is internationally regarded as a jurisdiction of choice and its regulatory enforcement remains first rate. Therefore, we are committed to ensure that the industry is in conformity with international best practices and for that reason our three pronged focus on “Player Protection”, “Money Laundering”, and “Industry Enhancement” still remains the axle and core of our jurisdictions regulatory regime.<o:p></o:p>

Respectfully,<o:p></o:p>

Some people are getting paid via Neteller, but I'm pretty sure that it's not everyone and may be due to some pressure from Russ contacting them with a few account #s & amounts pending.

TT,

Sound like unaware depositors are funding a handful of withdrawals, since Maerz confirmed ( in writing ) they will not be able to access funds before the end of this week.

so if you deposited by neteller, no payouts at all this week. OK sounds good.

Glad I no longer have funds there. This place will also cut your limits relatively fast to a whole $275. Still, ave never known them to be unsafe and this slow pay comes as a surprise...I always remember getting neteller within 2 days.

If anyone is overly concerned, you can email russ@majorwager.com and he will get you bumped up the payout list.

(sorry if I'm breaking any house rules here....)

well thats good for people looking to get payouts. but its not good enough for me to send a deposit. I might just be funding the next lucky withdrawal winner.

I'm not going to send money to a place that may be in trouble. If things get better it will be reported and I could look at them again.

What do you guys think led to their problems? They've been fine for years and years and years, and then all of a sudden?

Took out most of my balance to NETeller early last month then lost the rest. Not really worth bothering with since they cut limits.

I put in a neteller withdraw request with Intertops on March 6 for $2500. Not paid yet and emailed them yesterday with no response. Emailed them again tonight. Any suggestions. Also suprised by this as I have used Intertops for about 4 years and never had a problem with them at all. Class operation.
