I'm going to do it. It's OK to do this and the $100 NCAA sweet 16 one, I presume.

Believe so..........I would send the money for the bonus first and follow up with the 100 for the contest.

Fishhead,
Could you clarify what this means?....

2005 March Madness Bonus: Choose 100% Cash up to $250 with a 8x Rollove Or 25% Cash Bonus up to $500 with a 5x Rollover.

....does this mean if I deposit $250 and I opt for a 8X rollover, Royal will give me a 100% bonus? If so, then where do I sign up? Do I have to call? I see no mention at their website.

I would call them, yes.

Whenever a bonus is offered by ANY sportsbook, I always make a call to clarify that I am eligible number one, and then to make sure I understand the rollover requirements.

Royal has been known to slow pay (I left after being slow paid long ago), beware.

Very true, they have had some semi-slow pays in the past and I have been as hard on them as anybody. However, they have ALWAYS paid their customers, helped with bailouts, offered generous contests and bonuses over the years and provided decent lines and customer service.

As always, each individual must weigh their risk vs reward with ANY book.

Personally, I would think risking a mere $250 for a 100% cash bonus is worth it at almost ANY book, and most certainly with ROYAL. Again, this would be ok for MY risk tolerance if I took Royal up on this special, but each and every individual is different.

THis Shop has climbed their way back up, to not get shots thrown at them about past slow pays. There right at the top with me with Skybook. Contests, good props, good lines. I have always got paid on time. Keep it up Royal !!

Sounds like a very good deal to me. However I just phoned Royal and was told I don't qualify for this because my account hasn't been inactive for 15 days. (I just lost my balance a few days ago and hoped I could re-up with this 250/250 promo).

I just said, "Fine, thanks," and hung up, but the more I think about it, the odder that seems. I've seen Royal people here at theRX. If you're listening: was that information accurate?

Fish: I'll do it your way. I sent the $250 today, will wait on the $100.

Note; ML's greater than -259 don't count toward rollover.
