How about a thread, where we flat out talk about what bugs you at each book? Be it software, CS, limits, lines..etc. I'm sure many of the books browse here. Maybe they will take notice. I don't know..I'm bored...need to *****.

Pinny....my fav book..just wish they would have all games under a certain sport on one page rather then having to switch up to 7 pages for college hoops, etc.

Olympic....needs a refresh button, and i really don't like the fact that your balance is not displayed. You have to go to acct services to find it. That bugs me.

SIA...obviously..down half the time..but when you bring up a sport..and im so anxious to browse down the screen to see the juicy lines it changes sports on me because I haven't clicked on the actual page im looking at. (I know..I'm stupid)

5Dimes...luv them...need higher limits...and shorter acct numbers!

CRIS....that damn floating button blocks the some of the lines and annoys the hell out of me. Made me pull and load up at Diamond.

Mansion...im kind of new to them...i don't think they offer 2nd halves on all games. First withdrawal attempt, they are buggin me for copy of drivers license.

Yea I'm picky !!! lol..im sure there are many other things we can nitpick about.

Anyone else ??

I know exactly what you mean. I called CS at Oly the other day and they didn't pick up and say how can I help you sir until the third ring. Was I ever hot over that.:CUSSING:

I would have to agree with all of the inconviniences listes above by Baseswiz.

SIA should have some sort of system to alert the bettor that a line has moved BEFORE you place your bet. I've been screwed by this many times.

I also find it annoying to not know what your balance is at Greek. They sure could use a refresh button too! It would save me some time.

Another one:

DimeBetting...seems to time out super quick. I hate sites that do that. Make you re-log in all the time...really gets on my nerves.

SIA..again..when they have a limit on totals of $220! If your going to do that..can the limit just be "TO WIN" $200. Its stupid when you want to lay $240 to win $200 on a -120 but u can't u can only "lay" $220.

sorry guys..too many cocktails tonite...and then watched Rocky...so I'm in an agressive mood.

Or these books that only let you view your history for the last 2 weeks or so. Props to Pinny on that, as you can check back for at least a year I believe.

Whats with ASAP and these ridiculous #'s they put up? If your gonna put up funky #'s, at least give us a choice of lines to pick from. Not just 195ov-168.

Royal...didn't like the fact that they would only let me withdrawal to Neteller up to the amount that I had deposited from Neteller..and NO MORE. What is that? I had to pull a check. ROYAL PAIN.

Have no issues I can think of regarding Hollywood thus far, I'm sure I'll think of something.

LOL, that floating button at CRIS bugs the sh*t out of me too. What bugs me at Pinnacle is that they take so many games off the board near game time, and sometimes you just can't get a bet in fast enough because the line keeps moving. There should be at least a 10-15 second interval in which line moves under 3 points (pro or con), say, are ignored.

Requiring ID is also a major, totally unnecessary annoyance. All of the methods to send them cash require ID, so why the fvck can't they just trust those services to do a proper ID check?

But probably the number one annoyance of all which applies to lots of books is the dreaded TIME OUT feature. The worst is BetWWTS and not far behind are Skybook and Hollywood. I am an adult and can manage my own security. Please, PLEASE don't try to protect me from myself, OK!!???

On a positive note, if I were to rank the books based on the smoothness, speed and overall software experience, there is one book which is head and shoulders above the rest -- it's the one I use when there's very little time to place a bet -- it's the one I use when my internet connection is acting up -- it's the one I can always rely on not to give me a hard time or annoy me in any way -- WSEX. I wish there would be more books with similar software, but so far they're in a class by themselves.

Daryl, Totally agree, the timeout feature pisses me off the most. Going to try WSEX next. Want to play with interactives for baseball.

I called CRIS about the floating button and asked them if they could remove it. They told me that it was there for my convenience. I said..ok then I'd like to remove my money.

The other thing i don't like about 5 dimes..is the bonus matchplay. You have to meet the required roll before you even get it. I think thats kinda shady.

Obviously the most important things are PAYING, good lines, variety of wagers....but I WANT IT ALL.

I like WSEX too, but sometimes their line moves just as you click submit and you get screwed. They may have recently corrected this, but I can remember many instances where I've been screwed.

It would also be nice to bet whatever amount I please at WSEX. $187 if I want. I don't like their "increments" style.

It bugs me when books think we really want polo shirts and t-shirts made in Costa Rica for $1.87 and sold in the US for $20.

Just give us a Bonus Play - even if its a 7-team $10 parlay, it'll be better than a stupid t-shirt.

This t-shirt thing could get out of hand.

Next thing you know, they'll be offering socks, shoelaces, cuff links, bow ties and long johns.

What the hell am I going to do with a t-shirt, anyways? I live in New England and we got 5 inches of snow yesterday.

Any book that has no lines before I leave for work at 6:30 AM. I miss a lot of early afternoon action when my pinny runs dry.

That's more than a bother at SIA. That's borderline fraudulent. A very legitimate beef.

THe WORST thing BY FAR about Pinnacle is that they have absolutely NO reduced juice on parlays in football and basketball. Basketball is AT BEST -110 in football and basketball.

WIth no bonuses, no reason to play at pinnacle for a parlay better
