MYBOOKIE.com problem solved.

I just called for a payout request and the less than intelligent CS girl tells me that it will take 24 hrs at least to process a measly $300 USD Neteller payout...I was then told that this was common place as she has worked all over the industry..lmao...So I say " OLYMPIC and Pinny take 24 hrs to process NETELLER payments also? I have had at least 15 withdrawls in the last 3 months from various books and none have ever taken longer than an hour" ....She then starts to laugh at me and says "yes sir that is correct"...I then tell her that I will be noting this on a few watchdog websites to let fellow bettors know what to expect when playing with MYBOOKIE.COM ..Then I then ask for her name so I can follow up on my request and she refuses to give it to me and tells me that I must call back and speak with some guy named Alexander Powers at 2pm EST....As soon as theRX and MW were mentioned her attitude and demeanor quickly changed for the better..

This is unnaccaptable as I would like to move some money around for the early games this morning but I guess I am out of luck..She said the holdup would be that Wagering had to review my Wagers and then if applicable a payout would be processed.. Bad business..

Pete-- It is true that MANY books such as Pinny and Oly process Neteller quickly.

However, it is also true that quite a few books sometimes take 24 hours, or longer.

Heck, some poker sites take 48-96 hours........including OLYS own Pokerworld.

My suggestion is that if this doesnt fit your style, than most certainly do not play there.

For many, including myself, not that big of deal.

Having stated the above, I do believe it is in a books best interest to process Neteller withdrawls in a reasonable time frame(less than 8 hours) during normal business hours during the weekdays.

In that case, if request is put in before 2pm, it should be in his Neteller account by the end of the day.............which would be LESS than 24 hours.

PS- Pete, there is a good chance the CS representive was not accurate in her knowing of the Neteller rules. Call her back and state what TOW has stated here. Better yet, talk to somebody in a higher up position.

Fishman: longtime no talk too, The money isnt the issue really..I bet small so its is relevant but not the whole basis for my post. I really like Duquesne today and wanted to get to a book that took more than a 200$ bet and had a +5 for me...MYBOOKIE had +4 only...I have never played at the book with the +5,so I thought this was the perfect chance...anyways hope youre doing good....

PROBLEM RESOLVED.................

TERRY MURPHY mybookie.com acct' manager handled the situation great. He agreed that the CS was bogus and innaccurate...He said he would take care of the payout right away...Was apologetic and seems like a good dude........The part the girl was wrong in was telling me that after my wagers had been reviewed that it would be AT LEAST 24 HOURS before Neteller was paid out....She was very rude...PAYOUT STILL HAS NOT BEEN MADE..WILL POST WHEN IT IS COMPLETE..

However mistakes happen and the situation was rectified so no harm, no foul......................Good Job Terry, you are obviously an asset to the mybookie group...

pete i think she meant it will be processed right away but it can take 24-48 hours before its in your acount

the lady always tells me this at players-sb.com

had 4 neteller withdrawals last month but its always in my account within the hour...lol
