You think an incident like ACESGOLD will happen again?

I was not around the sportsbetting world at that time, thank god. But heard it was a mess. Anyone believe a book as big as ACES will happen again? Or have we all learned the warning signs?

At what point did they close shop?

Won't speculate about the size of the book, but I would say that it is more than likely that a failure will occur that will substantially affect players.

As long as their is no regulation and their are rogue individuals breathing, yes, it is likely. Maybe not to the extent of Aces.

It will not be as bad as aces gold but YES 100% IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. I HAVE three books now I have been waiting weeks to get paid. While I don't think they are going under it is very concerning to me that I play under my own fvcking name and can't get paid when I ask.

The books that are doing it to me are doing it because it is me. Post up and small players will not be affected(as of now at least) and yes one is an advertiser here and many other places.

Unbelievable....I've known Krackman since my early times at Royal. One of the few true gentlemen out there. His word his gold. I'd personally be wary of any operation that treats him this way.

It wont affect the Krackman's of the world like aces did but for the small player if INTERTOPS doesn't pull up strong soon a lot of small players, including thousands who wont have a clue its coming are going to be wiped out. i've been there since 98, never had a worry but since the CEO left a year or more ago its been downhill since. And the slowpays are not what scares me.its the lame ass excuses they are giving. if a 40,000 dollar poker promotion that was rigged to begin with really has put a hurt on them ...their on lifesupport:think2:

Even though that was a bad situation with Aces most of us got bailed out by shops like Cascade and Royal. But what people forget, alot of us made alot of $$$$ with Aces while they were going down with their bad lines. No juice fridays with the NFL created alot of unreal opportunities. I wish there was another shop that was operating like that and I would be first in line to deposit. :toast:
