Money was in my acct this morning......Neteller tells me that a company named SPORTSBOOKIES put money into another account that has the same name as mine...
thanks for my cash MYBOOKIE but i sill think that you guys are weak...
1) Why have CS tell customers that the Neteller acct is empty and when you recieve money then I will paid out...CS REP named SUZY...
2) Why would you not just deposit the money into the same account I used to fund the account with ?? lol..MY NEteller account...
3) The only thing that this book has going for them IMO is that the ACCOUNTING MANAGER (T.Murphy) seems to be a honest good guy to deal with....Professsional
He just emailed me with a link to this topic at theRX and has asked me to call him..I dont think you are aware TMURPHY. that the money was put into the wrong Neteller Account..Also you are unaware that a lady named Erica that works for your book
sent me an email stating that the money would be in my account in 24-48 hrs..This email came six hours after the time when you said that the money was supposedly in my NT account..So which is it?
I can post both emails from you and her if you like, but it will make you guys look even worse than you do from this bad mixup....
Your CS reps are very bad unfortunately, this makes playing at your book very unattractive for bettors.IMO.. However, Best of luck to you guys in the future..
Oh yeh, one more thing ......In the future perhaps you could use a more subtle name when depositing into accounts...SPORTSBOOKIES makes it pretty tough to explain to anyone that questions what the deposits are with a name like that...OLYMPIC, BOWMANS,discreet...a little more professional...PEACE
