Someone posted a while back about the crying in Hold 'Em games......

I went to a local tourney here in CT tonight and it was the worst I ever saw as far as the crying.....

Everyone has a worse "bad beat" story then the next guy, I can't take it....

I understand it can be frustrating to lose, but to come running to one of your friends and go on and on about the bad beat you got, i cant take it.....

once you've played poker for a little while, you've seen pretty much every hand, why are u suprised?

i can't take it!

The other night a guy lost on 4 7's which he had on the flop to four 9's that came runner runner. FLOP 477 4th 9 5th 9 PLAYER A pocket 7's player B pocket 9's. I dealt the hand both player's betting max each time. PLAYER A threw a whole cup of beer at a 10 foot long picture of KID ROCK soaking it. I tell that story all the time.

I've seen four of a kind lose to a straight flush on several occasions also. BTW I don't play poker EVER and have never played a hand of poker in a casino, SPORTS (and dice no land based here in FLA) is my outlet.

I once had a full house ( kings over something) beat by aces full... let me tell you about it ! Some NBA player nailed a 3 at the buzzer...yada,yada,yada... the dealer drew a 6 to a 15 when I had 20, it never ends !

The only thing worse is hypothetical blackjack players, talking what if about what the guy on third base would of did and how it woulda affected his 3 dollar blackjack bet.

Bullshit.....try saying that after some bluehair with fukkin oxygen tubes hanging out of her coke holes (who joined mid shoe nonetheless) proceeds to hit a god damn 15 when the dealer has a 6 up. No one was able to yell "NOOO!" in time, and sure as fukk, she took the face & the dealer pulled a 5.

Good thing she was old and a "she".....I had a Bud bottle with "forehead" written all over it.

Sorry.....3 days ago, obviously still a tad bitter.

yes , in theory ( long-term) any idiot play at a BJ table is as randomly likely to help you as hurt you. The dope on 3rd base hits 16 against 6, taking the dealer's bust card, table loses.

I know it's irrelevant. The problem is that table obtains bad karma and a negative environment. That adds stress, what could be fun is now hostile. I like to try to have a fun table. I prefer players that play normally as my tablemates. There's always another BJ game, why sit at one that's got bad vibes unless the dealer is making the game exceptional with excessive deck penetration, hole card flashing or other gross incompetence.

I suffered the worst beat that I have experienced in a very long time tonight at Pacific Poker, but the good thing is that I am finally done there and have already deleted their CRAPPY software off my computer. Do not waste your time there, it is the worst place I have come across (software wise)

these 'hypothetical' BJ players, complain when the guy on third is even playing basic strategy, it's pathetic. Sit in that spot if your gonna ***** and moan.

Try counting on 3rd base, make a play off the norm ( correctly), you're the goat. I prefer heads-up with the dealer, and 3B ( if others get on MY table), so I see as many cards as possible.

I like a small table myself. Not really heads up, but maybe 3 players total.

Heads-up is great. You get heat, big-time, but that's OK. Spread 3-hands when the aces are left. It's like playing a pool shark ( the guy that looks away from the table, smiles at you, and pockets the ball). I feel like that when I play BJ.

I smile right back at the pit-bosses, they don't un-nerve me a bit ! I ask them loudly, " Do you want me to leave ? " I play places like El Cortez, Western, old Horseshoe, Mint , GN, Golden Gate. I've been tossed from Horseshoe at least 5 times. I went there once after a 2-year lay-off, they spotted me quick, told me I gained some weight. I think I'm in the Griffen book. I never was big-time, more a pesky 5-25-100-300 nuisance counter.

I drink a lot of free Heinekins, I'm the life of the table, I'll bet dimes if up big, I never parlayed one of those nights into 100G. I like to have fun when I play, so a table with bad karma is a bad table, IMO.

I can never have fun again, I'm married.

Your style is mine also. Too many players are so worried about pit bosses and getting barred that they use so much camoflauge that their advantage is practically gone. If I can't play a +expectation 21 game than screw it and I'll just stay home and bet sports!
If my correct counting play irritates any body at table let them leave and that is even better.

I don't know if you have had the pleasure.... I mean inconvenience of withdrawing from these characters but you can get your withdraw "approved in as little as 5 days" unless of course you are a VIP, a VIP to Pacific is a multi depositor, then you can have a withdraw "approved" in just 4 days,
Approved means that they will actually take the time to pay you seeing how you have gone 5 days without reversing the withdraw.
Played there once and withdrew the same day and will NEVER be back. It took them 8 days to get me $270 via Neteller which was the same way it was deposited
VIP..LOL just what I want to be is a multi re-depositor:hump:

Play 1 on 1 & you never have to worry about **** like that,
if you are a serious player. In Vancouver you can get alone
with a hot dealer playing table min 25 w surrender.
