I had a NIGHTMARE deposit problem a few days ago. I asked customer service for the Moneygram info so I could make a deposit and get my bets in by 7pm. I got the name and country and went and made my deposit.
Come home...give them my deposit info via "Live Chat" and was told they would verify soon. Almost a hour later...NO FUNDS!! I ask again via "Live Chat"...."Is there a problem with my deposit...50 mins and no money" I was told I sent it to the wrong country. I said..."No, I sent it to the name and country I was told to send it to" I then asked " why wasn't I contacted over the past hour and told what was happening???" "Sir...just call Moneygram...it takes just a few minutes" Turns out...that they use El Salvador for WU and Nicaragua for Moneygram. I was then told to call Moneygram and change the destination. OK...I call Moneygram "Sir, we don't do that"....CRAP!!!!
Turns out I have to go back and cancel the original and resend another Moneygram. I go back to cancel the moneygram and they have NO CLUE how to do it...lol They call Moneygram and about 10-15 mins later I'm told the money has been picked up already....HUH???
I get back home and there the money is in my account. I don't know how they got that money but they did...lol I raised a little hell about why I was left in the dark for almost a hour and they gave me $125 and sent 3-4 followup emails apologizing from various "higher-ups" in the company.
Very nice gesture on their part I thought. And good to see that they actually seem to care and didn't just blow it off.
