No, when he asks for a book that will treat it like a purchase, I take that to mean that he is out of Cash Advances, so Western Union is out of the question.

I actually knew abook that use to take gift cards from places like Best Buy, Circuit City and Home Depot. It was a local ofcourse and then I would buy them from him for as litlle as 59 cents on the dollar sometimes.
