I LOVE THEM!
I have 10 sportsbooks. All of them would be considered top tier. Oly, Pinny, CRIS, etc. Mansion is as professional as any of them. Their customer service is A+. I had forgotten my password. In an e-mail they told me I needed to call them. The number is not toll free. I replied stating I could not pay the long distance charges to Gibraltar. Customer service replied saying they would call me. I was impressed.
The website is organized and easy to navigate. The "Events Closing" list on the main page is a great feature. It informs bettors how many minutes until events are closing.
The reduced juice is obviously huge. I am skeptical as well about how they will continue offer the reduced vig and great lines while accumulating previously discussed losses. Someone mentioned before that they are taking a hit now to gain customers. That reasoning sounds plausible to me. From what others have said on this site, the guy who owns Mansion is a billionaire. He did not accumulate all his wealth by making dumb business decisions. Granted he probably has had business failures in his past. But I doubt stiffing bettors is good for his reputation.
If everyone remembers Ebay used to be free! No fees for selling items. They did this to attract sellers which is what I feel Mansion is doing.
My opinion is to get on the ride while it lasts. The reduced juice and great lines will not last forever. But I am guessing Mansion might be around for the long haul.
Boy that was a lot of typing!
