What a concept.....we're getting some accountability in this industry. Chriscross can't ***** about Itops anymore, and has to deal with his own mess & actually (finally) does the right thing & pulls them down and demands better channels of communications before they go back up.

There is hope---even for those who play at notorious slow pay books!

Sports Interaction Complaints
This notice is to inform all readers of Sports911.com that we are absolutely disgusted by the incompetence of Sports Interaction in handling a complaint that may or may not be a legitimate slow pay situation (i.e. necessary audit). Sports Interaction has been completely irresponsible in working with Sports911 in resolving this Sports Interaction complaint. Two weeks and no response from Sports Interaction regarding this complaint.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and Sports911.com and its management will no longer tolerate this bullshit.

Therefore Sports Interaction will be removed from this website until further notice.

Effective immediately Sports Interaction will no longer be endorsed by this web site.

We paid out $100 to the player in question irrespective of whether he came in through Sports911 or whether or not the issue is reasonable to withhold his money. This is due to the inability of Sports Interaction to properly communicate with Sports911 management regarding this matter. We will not be paying out of our own pocket to make angry Sports Interaction customers happy.

Those of us here at Sports911 take great pride developing standards that both players and operators feel proud of and Sports Interaction has apparently taken this granted.

Sports Interaction is owed only a few hundred dollars more on its advertising contract here which expires the day after the NCAA Hoops finals. The remaining monies will be paid to the player in question if Sports Interaction continues to play its ridiculous games of "20 different reasons why we are withholding your withdrawal and keeping everything hush hush from Sports911.com".

These Sports Interaction complaints will not be tolerated by this or any other site we enjoy a positive relationship with.

Sincerely,

The Sports911.com Staff

I give him credit for doing this. But why take them back when they have a history of slow paying people.

With all these dogs hitting, gotta be killing that scummy book. Hate to see so many players get stiffed though, if this is SIA's swan song.

Since when has SIA ever cooperated with anyone on a complaint like this? in all the years ive never heard of a players advocate getting so much as an email response from these guys.

Sounds more like their pride is hurt that they cant get a response than anything else.

No question about it, SIA are not the easiest to work with. Been known for a long time. They have never cooperated with me on an issue that I recall, even when player is more than willing to allow arbitration.
