Cris Acquisitions About Acquring Hollywood Are Not True....

I just got off the phone with MICKEY over at CRIS. He wanted to make everyone aware of the fact that there is NO TRUTH to the rumors of CRIS buying out Hollywood...

I don't know who started this rumor, but it is simply not going to happen....

If things change, I will let you know...

However, I don't think that is even a remote possibility...

The people that started this rumor are Gambling 911 and Major wager about late September. They also said that Hollywood was broke and had to borrow money during baseball season.As we all know none of these rumors were true.I think Hollywood went as far as making a post here at this site that if anybody wanted there post-up money to call customer service and they would send them there money within a forty-eight period.Why do people at these watch-dog sites start such rumors.Could it be that Hollywood doesn't advertise at Major Wager and Gambling 911. These malicious rumors about good sportsbooks need to stop.Cris and Hollywood were rank as two of the top five books off-shore at this forum.Thanks Shrink for clearing this matter up.

Joe, I think the rumor last fall was that Pinnacle was tossing around the idea of buying them (Which I tend to think probably was the case). I can also say that by no means did this originate at MW.

Also, I wouldn't even consider these rumors malicious It's not like anyone would even remotely think that they would lose a cent if either of the mergers actually were to occur.
