Small, LOL, but you must admit that Rail is a savant at exotics and west coast teams.

I, like Wil, believe that RXers should look for the areas of strength that Rail and others here can provide as insight.

For example, Shrink's ODU run this past month, also Winky's recent CSF-UCSB and UofP-USU calls,etc...

Rail knows his Cali teams, tennis, golf, and women's hoops!
