I was one of the poker players who took them up on their reload bonus promotion. Intertops Poker is a Party network skin. Unlike other sites on that network there is no direct Neteller payout available; deposit yes--payout no. Their three withdrawal methods are IGMPay, E-Passport, and a transfer to the sportsbook where your Neteller is available to you. Poker players who sent their money to the sportsbook were stalled for well over a week; some still haven't been paid.
After I finished playing enough to get the full benefit I elected to "keep my money on the poker site" by using IGMPay (owned by Party Poker) for my withdrawal, which I got overnight...and I emptied my account.
I'd trust the poker site, because Intertops doesn't actually have my money. The book? Nope. Why give money to someone who doesn't pay it back when they promised?

This is just normal procedure for them. I requested a $1000 withdrawal about 2 months ago and it took them about 4 days. They said they were backed up in payouts but that's cool. I mean if you are too anal and want to get your money to your Neteller in two seconds, then you probably are better off playing somewhere else.
