It is John Lucas, of Oklahoma State...his daddy, John Lucas, was a two sport All American @ Maryland, and was also the top selection in the 1976 NBA draft going to the Houston Rockets. :103631605

Not many would remember Lucas was also a sensational tennis player in college.
