Anyone else getting emails from Canbet about a Bonus Bet?

I got offered a 20 spot for emailing my account number into them.

I haven't made a bet there in weks if not months. So I am wondering if it is a way for themto get me to come back and see how much I have still in there or what.

If so I am well aware of my balance, and 20 bux is a nice gesture, but hardly worth bothering with. But I might play a $20 eight team parlay or something if they still let you do that there.

So is anyone else getting this offer or just guys who have let their accounts stagnate?

Still not sure of the wording. Says you are able to withdraw returns, I wonder if that means you bet 20 at -107, you can only withdraw the 18.70 profit, and not the 20 stake. That makes more sense to me. But if they aren't really giving away the money, just a chance at making a bet, then why nopt make it 50 or even 100. Especially considering the money I have shoveled through that place since 1999.

i dont have an account with them but isnt it strange they emailed you asking for you to send your account to them.

sounds like it could be "phishing". i would call.

Even with wantit's account number I would still need his password, then apart from destroying his balance all I could likely do would be to withdraw to his NETeller account.

In any case instead of "replying" to the email you can "create" a response to Canbet, so I doubt that it's phishing.

My Canbet email today was about pushing $1000 through any of 4 games at their casino for $50 bonus.

It is a direct email link to Canbet and is accompanied by a full blown ad and all that. So i do not think it is a scam from some outside source. Besides I guess a quick phone call would/could clear it all up. I don't doubt the legitimacy, just the purpose. They used to be ne of the best, if not the best book around. Now they are a footnote. So it would seem to me to try and get more customers back, rather than ofering something like this to players who have literally mades millions of dollars worth of bet with them.
