MVC proving that they were a pretty strong conference with 2 blowouts tonight. Wichita winning by 16. SW MO ST scoring 105 to win by 23!

Losing in the NIT is not an indication of a team not deserving to make the NCAA tourney. Most of the time in these situations the snubbed team could not care less if they win or lose.

Agree that losing in the NIT is not a good indicator or whether or not the team deserved an NCAA berth. Most teams are disappointed and are not going to be up for the consolation tourney. Can you blame them? Who won the NIT tourney 2 seasons ago?

But TCU getting 8 from Miami was a gift from God. The MAC was full of good teams with non teams close to being great. None of the top MAC teams would have finished in the top 4 of the MVC. Down year for the MAC. Buffalo barely escaped at home against Drexel last night and Kent lost at W. Ky. Florida pounds Ohio tomorrow.
