Always need to fight for bonus !

I've deposited with Oly for 10% bonus, $500 at a time for $50 ( limit $500 bonus). I've done it 3-times in about a week, for $150 of it. I always have to remind them to credit it in yet another call.

Some guy tells me you don't get $500 bonus for $500 deposit, I know that !

Just automate it ! Oly can look up my historical bets, amounts don't matter ! I've made bets ranging from just a few dollars ( parlays) there to 4-figure bets, don't make me jump thru hoops ! I know what a rollover is !

Promotional/Bonus Rules

Bonus amounts must be claimed by either phone or email during the promotional period.

It's very straight forward and spelled out in the rules...no hoop jumping...just a notification.

Oly phone clerks have told me it would get credited, without calling back.

No problem..I'm the guy you were talking to... and when you said "50 ( limit $500 bonus). I've done it 3-times in about a week, for $150" I was trying to explain to you that the MAX bonus amount that you can receive is $500..in other words you can send as much as you want..ex send us $5000 and we give you a $500 bonus....$10,000 = a $500 bonus. There is no $500 maximum deposit limit.

We cannot automatically give the bonus on every deposit because there are some that do not qualify.... so every claim is looked at to make sure that the person does in fact meet the requirements.

seems to me like a industry wide problem. when you want your bonus or payout it takes several phone calls. books love to get money not give it, simple!

I have to defend Oly here because they are in the upper echelon, the ELITE, the top 3 books among ALL the online books out there...

Gord has come on here to quickly and accurately address the problem, gives a perfectly reasonable explanation, and the Doug just says "I doubt this claim" without being specific or giving any reason...

Please Doug, tell us what it is Gord said that you doubt...Thanks.

And if you want proof, why not just call up Oly and give them a code word and ask them to have Gord post it? There is big negativity in your posting today which is NOT related to anything Oly has done that I can see from here and this is unfair to a book that is truly TOP TIER.

Don't know Gord, but what he is saying appearss to be accurate.

Olympic (and most books) have rules on who does and does not qualify for a bonus, as such they must verify your meeting the requirement. Could they automate this, yeah probably but I don't know if it wold be cost effective.
I know I did not quailify for this bonus, but a normal CS clerk wouldn't, and there is no sustem designation that i don't. Books also have rules on the aggregate amount you can collect on a bonus, again this is normally not automated.

Sorry the situation was confusing, but I beleive Olympic handled things correctly, maybe just some slight miscomunication.
