I would say yes; after seeing many tenative starts by the favorites on Thursday and the "nothing to lose " style of play from the dogs, a team should be better prepared and know what to expect when they hit the court.

i would vote no, the tournament has been around for many a year, and doggs have been winning for just as long. If you cant get fired up for a game now, its not because of the day of the week or yesterdays results, you have more serious team problems.

Teams hear the same news that we do, and they all know about the 5-12 matchups, no matter what day of the week they play. Upsets are normal these dys and all teams know they must come to play when in the field of 64. (or 65)
