It was only staggered because some books apparently wanted action on iowa state...pinnacle had -1 +111 on minny at 9:47 cst....which is essentially +1 on on minnesota. So Pinnacle had the full move long before some others .

However +1.5 to -1 is significant also considering the staggering of the move from +1.5 to +1 to PK to -1.
Understand what you are saying numbers wise though from 4.5 to 3.0
