Jarbo,

St. Kitts was only OK when I compare the place to other Caribbean Islands I have been to.

The Marriott there was your typical Marriott hotel. The food was AVERAGE at best. The beach was beautiful, the pool was astounding...

I would not go back though...

I would rate Turks and Caicos, Antigua, St. Barts, St. Martin's and St. John's much higher than I would St. Kitt's all the way around...

Heck, Nevis is even nicer...

I see your point. However I found St Kitts very nice.It shoulsd be noted that I stayed in a small up scale privately owned resort on St Kitts. This made it much more enjoyable.

I tend to prefer the smaller, non corporate type of venues as you get to experience the true flavor of the Island and the people.

Jarbo,

I agree and if you really want to have a great experience, try the GRACE BAY CLUB in Turks and Caicos. They have the best food I have ever had in the Caribbean...
