Which water is the best for you. I have heard distilled, but then again, they say you dont get the minerals you need from distilled water. But that is why I take my vitamins.

unless you have a legitimate claim against the water you get at home....why not drink that?

We use tap water put through a purifier and stored in the fridge to get rid of that chlorine smell. Never used to have that chlorine smell until they started using more of it.

We probably have the best water in N. America, it falls from the sky and is collected in large lakes in our North shore mountains that are off limits except for water board personnel.

BTW you probably won't like distilled, it tastes flat although it is enjoyed by old fashioned car batteries.

I'm not the type to second guess nature. Spring water bottled at the source can't be a bad bet.
