Touts + CRIS???

I noticed that on the promotion site browsing through I see www. CSCWINS.com is affiliated with Cris?? Is this true or is it their offering for a free account at Cris with a large signup?? Doesn't sound like something a large and great shop like CRIS would endorse??? Any thoughts?? Thanks in advance!

Dont MOST Books paya fee back to TOUTS??? I thought that was common practice,,, BRIAN MAC says tell em MAC sent ya,,,, then he gets a Pop on the Backend,,,,,,, I think 99% of all books know that REGUARDLESS how HOT a TOUT IS they will go Cold,,not to mention that 100% of the Retards that USE TOUTS have ZERO betting Discipline!!!

I believe many books would work with touts for the touts could send the players into certain books they work with. It's all a big circle of love. :hump:
