GMON's stuffed shells are as good as it gets, if your want your gal to do things to you she hasn't done in a while, just follow this.

Cook a box of 16 oz. large shells as directed.
In a large bowl beat two eggs.
Add 32 oz. ricotta cheese.
2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese.
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, mix well.

Spray large baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour and spread 2/3 of your favorite jar sauce.
Stuff shells with filing and place in dish.
Top with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella and 1/2 cup of parm.
Cover with foil and bake at at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven, open some nice red and enjoy and simple yet wonderful dinner. :manwh: :manwh:

Trust me, after serving this, you'll do things to her you wouldn't do to farm animal. ;) :>Grin> :homer:
