Irony? Bonds Son wearing a B. Sanders Jersey

Not sure if you guys noticed this or not, but I thought it was kinda funny. I wonder if his son was old enough to watch sanders play and remember how he left the game... Just seemed kinda wierd and have not heard ESPN mention it.

You mean this is Barrys way of saying hes leaving the game right before he breaks the record the same way Sanders did?

It's a family policy, they can only wear jerseys of famous Barrys..and it has to be a Barry not on the juice, so Sanders was the logical choice.

I think he's done. Who is wearing football jerseys now? Noone! And a Sanders Jersey for a 15 yr old, no way. Barry planned that one out.

He wants to walk away just to spite people. And the fact he is unsure of whether or not he really could break the record.
