Yea it's the classic noob question but who are the top bases cappers around here? Many people say that baseball is the easiest sport to beat and while I have had some success - it's really been up and down for me through the years. I had some success betting on Pinnacle's opposite runlines last year (Dog laying 1.5 runs at around +250) - but I've never been big into baseball betting. Going to try and get more into it this year. Opening day only a week and a half away. Any good baseball capping publications similar to Blue Ribbon? Thanks fellas

I like Baseball Prospectus quite a bit. Typos aside, it's a great read. Absolutely hysterical in spots, too.

I see that all the time here--Baseball is the easiest game to bet... IMO that's BS. There's so many games and the season is so long. Whenever there is a handicapping contest here, there's just a scant few each year that end up on the plus side and there are MANY who take an absolute bath...down hundreds of units. You have to be very, very disciplined and stay up on it throughout the summer. I don't have the patience or the money management skills to do it. Madcapper had a noteworthy season two years ago, if I recall. Trend very carefully. I only bet it for ****$ and giggles.

P.S. FYI, my first baseball bet was Arizona today. That's why I don't like betting baseball.
