Possible Disruption In Operations at Bowmans Due To Cyclonic Conditions
We are writing to inform you that there is a cyclone heading towards Mauritius where our Customer Service call centre is based.
In the event that the cyclone hits Mauritius which is expected to be around 04:00 PM Pacific Time on the 23rd of March, you may experience difficulties getting through to us on the phone.
We will resume our full telephone service once the cyclone warning is declassified.
We are not expecting our Internet service to be interrupted.
However, we apologize in advance if there are any problems caused by the adverse weather conditions which are out of our control.
