Nope. Tyrone and Jamal would not give her the time of day. It isn't the same as coaching Sarah and Amy.

I would take her over the mens' coaches that we have had here for the last 20 years

maybe we'll get Bobby Knight. Can you imagine Knight and Summit on the same campus!

No way they could coexist!!!!!!!!!!! Bobby would never be able to field a team that plays on the court named after the current Lady Vold coach! That would never happen and we don't want him. He would be third fiddle on campus behind Summit and Fulmer and just won't happen! If Hamilton goes that direction, then he is just :hump: ing himself!!! With all the money that university has, they need to go after someone that has a proven track record and pay them what their worth, not an up and comer they can low ball and hope for the best!!! Bobby Knight would look like the great pumpkin in an orange sweater. We don't want him!!!

To answer your question---she could coach a men's team and be very successful! Just like Coach K and his commercial----She's a leader that just happens to coach basketball!!!

She would not have had the same success with the men's game as she has had with the women's game. It's a completely different sport. It's a great accomplishment what she has done, but it doesn't compare to Dean Smith's record. Way wider gap between the haves and have nots in women's than in men's.
