well...well... the third largest refinery in the system goes up in smoke today in texas...gas prices at all times highs and this...does anybody seem to remember similar incidents in the past...why does it always seem to be this way...am i wrong about this or is this just another coincidence...

I wont profess to knowing a lot about this particular issue.. but has Bush tapped into the reserve to combat the high prices ?

Clinton did and it worked wonders..

this is truly sad. at least 14 are believed dead, and over 100 injured.

while thinking about high gas prices, think how those people and their families feel.

sorry if i sound shatty but i work in a similar industry.:sad3:

no, bush hasnt done that yet. it really only changes perception. doesnt really put that much gas into the economy.

besides we werent at war when clinton did it.

that is even more reason to do it.. how do you think Iraq will repay its debts ? Oil. I wish I knew more on the subject but I cannot understand why Bush is so reluctant on doing it..

well no im not.. he is an oil guy and so is Cheney.. that would hurt their pockets.
