If history is any guide, perhaps one ought to be thinking about betting the Washington Nationals ‘under’ their targeted total of 69 ½ wins. However, let’s not pull the trigger without building a case for the other side.

I enjoyed the article Arne. I'm not a big baseball fan, but I liked the revisited history you discussed. I think about the Marlins winning the series a couple years back and figure anythig is possible. Good luck on all your season props.

i disagree. being close to d.c. i get a lot of coverage of the nationals and i think they will be better than most people think.

i dont think a 500 season, or something close is out of the question at all.
