Really looking forward to the 2005 season, will try my best to keep an accurate tally here. All plays will be ranked from 1-5 units. Feel free to fade, as I am by no means a Pro!! Best of luck:drink:

I'll start with some futures:

MLB o/u's--

Arizona u75 -135 (2 units)
Boston u95.5 -115 (1 unit)
Colorado o67 -115 (2 unit- they're bad, but 95 losses bad?)
Dodgers o83.5 -115 (4 units- Depodesta's not done yet)
Brewers o69.5 -120 (1 unit)
Twinkies o89.5 -105 (1 unit)
Mets o85.5 -115 (3 units- homer play; looking objectively though they should get about 88 wins)
Yanks u102.5 -120 (1 unit)
A's o80 -120 (2 units)
St Louis u92.5 -115 (1 unit)

Divisions--
NL East
Phillies +600 (1 unit)
Mets +260 (1 unit)
NL Central
Pirates +4000 (1 unit-probably should get better odds, but I'm not sold on Cards/Cubs this year, could be wide open NL Central. Oliver Perez if healthy is legit!!)
NL West
Dodgers +260 (1 unit)
AL East
BoSox +350 (1 unit- Yanks should be favorites, not -500 faves)
AL Central
Twinkies -130 (1 unit)
AL West
Seattle +450 (1 unit)
Oakland +500 (1 unit)

To win Series--
Phillies +5000 (1 unit)
Twins +1600 (1 unit)
Mets +2500 (1 unit)

thanks to M.Mantei/H.Matsui for yesterday's Yanks total. Today's plays:

Top play-
Chisox -125 (3 units)
All pitchers listed; this is mostly a play against Westbrook. Had a nice year last year, not expecting the same results this year.

Phillies -140 (2 units)
Padres -115 (1 unit)

KC/Det under 9 -120 (2 units)
Cubs/Arizona under 8.5 -110 (1 unit)

Gl everyone!!

first bad beat of the year with Trevor Hoffman blowing a 2 run lead with 2 outs in the ninth; however that's kind of expected at Coors.

Mark Buerhle gets my gold medal outdueling Westbrook and the Tribe....

2-3 for the day, + 0.35 units; ytd 3-3 +2.35

small plays today, like a couple dogs:

Seattle +1.5 -120 (2 units)- tough not to like Santana, but Seattle's Beltre, Sexson & Boone combo could be tough on lefties

Texas +155 (1 unit)

Min/Sea over 7.5 -115 (1 unit)

NYY/Bos under 9.5 even (1 unit)

Like 7 games today, which is a little much, but we'll give it a shot:

Top play-
Cubbies even (3 units)- Brandon Webb's stuff hasn't been the same since his rookie year. Demptster is a question mark as well for Chicago, but I like the Cubs to bounce back in this spot.

Astros even (2 units)
Giants -125 (2 units)
KC/Det under 9.5 -120 (2 units)

Phillies -1.5 +145 (1 unit)
Toronto +110 (1 unit)
Twins +110 (1 unit)

gl all!!!

Feel good about today's plays; I'll start with a little reverse-fade as every pitcher I've spoken poorly of thus far, Brandon Webb, Jake Westbrook have pitched lights out. So I'll just start out by saying Danny Haren, Aaron Harang & Cliff Lee are the best pitchers in baseball!!

Top play-
Baltimore -120 (4 units)

WhiteSox -115 (3 units)

Tigers -145 (2 units)
Mets even (2 units)

Pirates/Padres over 7.5 -115 (1 unit)

gl everybody!! :drink:

terrible day, thanks in large part to the ChiSox collapse. Bedard was sharp for the O's in my top play, only to have the bats & bullpen let him down in the 8th.

1-4 -6.4; 9-13 -7.85 ytd. Just like my Mets, losing start, hopefully we'll right our ship soon!

back with a winning day at least, poor capping on my part playing the Stros on the RL, as they bet the dog late, leaving Clemens a very playable -145 by game time. No problem though as Seattle comes in. 1-1, +1 unit. 10-14, -6.85 ytd

small plays this Sunday, all 2 units

Dodgers/Dbacks u 9.5 -105 (2 units)- I know the bullpens are shot after last nights extra innings, so thats whats keeping this play small. Still think Lowe/Ortiz should give solid efforts.

Braves even (2 units)- it's a rare occasion that I play against my team. But to make them a road favorite against anybody right now is dicey. Especially vs. the Braves & Smoltz.....i hope this play looses!!

Yanks -160 (2 units)

O's/Yanks u 10 -120 (2 units)

gl everybody!!

DBacks -110 (3 units)

Phils +130 (2 units)

Braves -155 (2 units)

RedSox +110 (2 units)

best of luck and Lets Go Mets!
