DECENT SOFTWARE

DECENT numbers.......that move fast and try and stay in line with the screen.

GOOD customer service.

Still a young book, but nothing terrible to report as of yet.

Positive = Excellent Customer service, Good Bonus offers, Fast Neteller payouts, YES Overnight lines, good software, YES loyality program.

Negative = 2% on subsequent Neteller withdrawals, Only major sports covered.

It was a trial promo back in early NBA. Send $100 for $100 maybe? Had to wait 30 days. They made that clear up front. I used the opportunity to check em' out. I'd have to look at the rules to see if that is standard.

No. The 30 days wait is to get the free payout BUT i got the free payout even if i requested my 1ST withdraw some days after my deposit.

Yes Doug, super sure. I was charged exactly 2% on my 2nd NET withdrawal, the same another guy that i know that played with them.

Concorde: You appear correct. The 10k max a month pay-out is unheard of. I busted out there and won't re-up. $50 on $2500 NT is robbery.

I'll add BCN to list of former books. I don't like their misleading contest lines ( -105 implied) either.

Maybe they change this in future ? I can't see playing there now.

2% isn't horrible, but I would prefer to see them cap the fees at $30 or something along those lines. If you withdraw $2500, they aren't being charged $50. I still recommend this book.

No more than $15, and you should get one a month free ! This needs change, fast !

How much business do they want to drive off ? I don't believe a word of funds being held in escrow. Every site claims some thing or another about how safe your money is there.

I'm out until they iron out these " wrinkles".

I took 2,500 out of Grande recently and they tried to stick me with 95 for Neteller, it was taken off after I called and complained...are these books really being charged this from Neteller?

I doubt it.

J-man your Grande report is alarming me.

There's a reason why Pinnacle is hands down the best book that ever has existed.
